Alpine Amusement is a casino night event and rental company that has been in business since 2001 working with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and private parties focusing on New England and Northern New York regions. The steamboat Ticonderoga is one of two remaining side-paddle-wheel passenger steamers with a vertical beam engine of the type that provided freight and passenger service on America's bays, lakes and rivers from the early 19th to the mid-20th centuries. Commissioned by the Champlain Transportation Company, Ticonderoga.

The Town of Ticonderoga is located at the confluence of Lake George and Lake Champlain in the southeastern corner of Essex County, New York. Ticonderoga is entirely located within the Adirondack Park and nearly one-third of its land area is part of the State Forest Preserve.

A year-round community of approximately 5,200 residents with summer residents increasing the population substantially during the summer and fall months, Ticonderoga is a destination for tourists who love the lakes, mountains, historic landmarks, and a rich education in 18th century history. Ticonderoga’s significant military role in our nation’s early history remains a vital component of the community, with the Fort Ticonderoga historic landmark drawing around 100,000 visitors annually.

The Town Board meeting tonight at 6:00 will be held virtual for precautionary measures due to the increase in COVID-19 cases. It will be broadcasted live on Channel 1302 as usual. It will also be made available for viewing via the Town’s Youtube Channel

The Town of Ticonderoga will be holding a Public Hearing this evening during the 6:00pm Regular Town Board Meeting regarding the 2021 annual contracts for Chilson Fire Department, Ti EMS and Lamoille Ambulance Services
